An event of interest on Israel today

Solving the puzzle guaranteeing a secure Israel is a complex undertaking. You are invited to join a talk on the current state of Israel by Jonathan Licht of the Jewish organization, J Street. The June 21 program is sponsored by Kahal Am - San Diego's Humanistic Jewish Community.
Dr. Licht is a citizen of both the U.S. and Israel. He will explain how his organization works to build bridges between American Jews and an Israel that reflect progressive Jewish values. Mr. Licht and his wife are part-time residents of Israel, so his perspective will be fresh and personal.
We will meet at 11:00 AM in the Carmel Valley Library, 3919 Townsgate Drive, San Diego, 92130. The program will be presented as a hybrid via Zoom and in-person, and library guests may attend.
