In the presentation, I will discuss how we used the LLM to detect user intent to route customer prompts to the most appropriate plugin to answer their query. Another topic will cover using LLMs to convert natural language prompts into database queries, along with the challenges and shortcomings of LLMs and how we overcame them. I will also discuss how we used LLMs to answer questions from large unstructured documents, such as product guides.

Say you want to sync up your dataverse table (or any other data source) to SharePoint to reduce licensing costs, doing a record-by-record truncate and load is taxing on API calls. In this session, we could go through a detailed presentation on how to get around that.
