Matthew began his journey in 2013 as a Junior Test Analyst, diving into the world of Unix-based systems. In 2016, he transitioned into the fast-paced Digital Testing space, where he worked on shaping the quality of the company portal and mobile apps. By 2019, he stepped into a leadership role as a Team Manager, guiding teams to deliver excellence in testing. Most recently, in November 2024, he embraced the challenge of Test Automation, helping OUTsurance define its automation strategy, implement innovative solutions, and establish processes to drive efficiency and quality in their environment.
