Hi all

Sorry, I couldn't get a room in Ofuna this time - I had a room booked but it was taken over for the election - so we are in Kamakura this time. I know it's a little further from Tokyo/Yokohama, but it is right by Kamakura station, so I think it's not that different.

We will be in the slightly larger Room 7 of Kamakura Shougai Gakushuu Center (鎌倉生涯学習センター).

The place is very similar - the main difference is probably that there isn't a Lawson nextdoor, so it's best to pick up food on your way, e.g. at the station. There are drinks machines, of course.

The address is Kamakura-shi, Komachi 1-10-5 (鎌倉市小町 1-10-5).

The directions, for old people like me who don't follow phones:

Come out of the East Exit (the main one) of Kamakura Station and you can see across the rotary to a small street straight ahead of you.

Go around or straight across the rotary to walk down that small street.

That street joins on to the main street of Kamakura, Wakamiyaooji-dori (若宮大路通り).

Continue straight ahead, crossing that street, to the big shiny government building on the other side, slightly to the right of the crossing and the bookshop. And that's the place.

Anyway, please keep bringing your own games, as that has been great. I'll bring some of mine, as always.

Oh there’s a fee of 500 yen to help pay for the room. Thank you.
