- 🧘♀️Pranayama & Asana (45–60 min) guided by Bala Krsna:
Guided flow through 12 foundational Hatha yoga poses.
Learn classic Sivananda breathing exercises:
- Kapalabhati (Cleansing Breath) 🌬️.
- Anuloma Viloma (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
- 🍲Shared Meal (90 min): (FOOD IS INCLUDED)
Practice karma yoga together by preparing a nourishing, satvic meal—natural, fresh, and pure vegetarian food that supports clarity, lightness, and peace 🥗.

🍲🤝 We’ll pitch in together to make a tasty satvic meal (vegetarian and fresh)l
👩🍳🧑🍳 Everyone takes part: chopping, cooking, sharing knowledge around satvic food and laughs.
🥗 It’s nourishing food—straightforward, healthy, and delicious.
👨🍳🫂 When the food’s ready, we’ll all eat together and talk around on the floor practicing ancient traditions.
🎶 8:30pm –9:45pm — Music & Chanting
🎤🪕 Sing or just listen—group chanting and music to lift our spirits.
🕉️ 9:45pm to 10:15pm — Group Chat & Connection
💬🕉️ We’ll sit in a circle, talk about yoga, ask questions, and share ideas.
🤲 Wrap up with some time for reflection, sharing what’s on our minds, and connecting with the group.
