Join us for a nourishing Tuesday evening of movement, breath, relaxation, and reflection in the heart of High Park (Picnic Area).
This unique event combines traditional Hatha Yoga with guided meditation and a post-class Wisdom Circle, where we explore yogic philosophy in a grounded, inclusive way. No experience needed, just bring your mat, your energy, and curiosity.

π¬ Guided Breathwork (Pranayama): Traditional breathing techniques to π§ calm your mind, β‘ energize your body, and set a peaceful tone for the evening.
π€ΈββοΈ Classic Yoga Postures (Asanas): 12 foundational Hatha poses, focusing on πΈ mindful movement, π€² stretching, and πͺ building strength. Options and modifications are always available.
π Deep Relaxation (Yoga Nidra): A guided relaxation to π release stress and leave feeling refreshed and balanced.

πΏ Certified Teachers β Trained through Sivananda Centers, our teachers share wisdom, adjustments, and support for all levels.

After each Hatha Yoga session, we gather for a philosophy sharing circle, a grounded space where timeless yogic wisdom is offered in a non-religious, accessible way. Rooted in the Hindu tradition yet free of dogma, these Wisdom Circles invite open dialogue, reflection, and insight.
