Join us for a nourishing Tuesday evening of movement, breath, relaxation, and reflection in the heart of High Park (Picnic Area).

This unique event combines traditional Hatha Yoga with guided meditation and a post-class Wisdom Circle, where we explore yogic philosophy in a grounded, inclusive way. No experience needed, just bring your mat, your energy, and curiosity.

🌬 Guided Breathwork (Pranayama): Traditional breathing techniques to 🧠 calm your mind, ⚑ energize your body, and set a peaceful tone for the evening.

πŸ€Έβ€β™‚οΈ Classic Yoga Postures (Asanas): 12 foundational Hatha poses, focusing on 🌸 mindful movement, 🀲 stretching, and πŸ’ͺ building strength. Options and modifications are always available.

😌 Deep Relaxation (Yoga Nidra): A guided relaxation to 🌊 release stress and leave feeling refreshed and balanced.

After each Hatha Yoga session, we gather for a philosophy sharing circle, a grounded space where timeless yogic wisdom is offered in a non-religious, accessible way. Rooted in the Hindu tradition yet free of dogma, these Wisdom Circles invite open dialogue, reflection, and insight.
