πΏ Take a break from the rush and settle into a peaceful, welcoming space at Jivana House, Torontoβs first urban π ashram.Our Sunday evening class is the perfect way to π clear your mind and π recharge for the week! And this time, we are holding this event at the beach!
π What to Expect:
π¬ Guided Breathwork (Pranayama) β Weβll open the session with traditional breathing techniques to π§ relax your mind, β‘energize your body, and set a calm tone for the week ahead.
π€ΈβοΈ Classic Yoga Postures (Asanas) β Move gently through 12 foundational Hatha poses, focusing on πΈ balancing ease with effort, π« using breath to cultivate strength and flexibility, πand bringing conscious attention to the inner experience.
π Deep Relaxation (Yoga Nidra) β Finish with a soothing guided relaxation, helping you π let go of stress, and leave feeling refreshed and balanced.
πͺ· Meditation β A guided practice of finding stillness in the middle of the cityβs chaos π.
πΏ Our teachers are certified by Sivananda Centres and bring their personal practice, wisdom, and understanding to every class. Weβll guide you every step, offering adjustments and support for all levels. No experience needed β just come as you are!
