Get ready for a night of unforgettable music and high-energy performances as J-rock North Promotions Inc. proudly presents JMFEST 2025, featuring two of Japan’s most exciting acts: UMBRELLA and NANO. Headlining the night is UMBRELLA, a Japanese rock visual-kei J-rock band under the Danger Crue Records label. With melancholy melodies and engaging lyrics over alternative sounds, they deliver them to your heart, strongly, intensely, and gently. A heavy rain warning of sound is currently in effect, mainly in the Kansai region. YUI, HAL, SHU and SHO are known for their dramatic visuals, darkly poetic lyrics, and explosive performances, UMBRELLA brings a storm of emotion and energy that leaves fans breathless. This will be their return performance in Toronto, and their only stop in Canada for their 15th anniversary making it a must-see event for J-rock and Visual Kei fans.
Sharing the spotlight is YouTube artist, Niconico star and solo artist NANO, a dynamic J-pop Ani song artist whose upbeat, high-energy performances and powerful voice have captured the hearts of fans around the globe. With her extensive work on popular anime soundtracks and a radiant stage presence, NANO brings joy, nostalgia, and a wave of excitement to every show. Its aim is to promote a music exchange between Japan and Canada through live concerts and presentations.
