This meetup group is to support job seekers, especially migrants and International students to understand the importance of networking and provide a platform to network.
We organize two types of events
• Network Walks : These are casual events organized every week. The objective is to get comfortable with the idea of networking and talking to strangers. There is no agenda to it and a very informal catchup. This is organized across Melbourne & Sydney at the moment (Perth coming soon).
• Melbourne Job Seekers Meetup: This is a very extensive experience of the struggles and experiences of job seekers in Melbourne. This event happens every month, and unlike the walk has limited seats and extends over 3 hours. A must-attend if you are new to the city and looking for work!
