• Identify sources for job leads and coach for better results.
• Preparation for key job search events such as submitting resumes, interviewing and salary negotiation.
• Provide spiritual support, encouragement and practical guidance during a difficult life experience.
Job Seekers Are…
• Professional, Technical and Support personnel between jobs or seeking new challenges to advance their career.
• Staff, manager, officer and entry level.
• Well-educated, many with advanced degrees, some without degrees.
• Looking for direct hire, contract, consulting and temporary positions.
• Church members, their relatives and friends, and public non-members.
Leadership…
• Will Darroh is a highly experienced job search coach and retired owner of a notable Houston-based professional personnel search company he founded in 1977.
• As a volunteer, he has coached approximately 1,800 successful job seekers.
