Meditating together can amplify the energy of everyone participating and spread beyond us out into the world. At the May meeting, we'll introduce ourselves and share our intentions for doing the work and then do a guided Joe Dispenza meditation together. We'll save time at the end to check-in about our meditations and brainstorm future group meditation ideas.
