Join us for a supportive, non-judgmental daily check-in as we embark on a 14-day water-only fast together. This group is designed for individuals who are fasting at their own discretion and who wish to stay connected, grounded, and encouraged throughout the experience.

Each day we’ll gather briefly to:

Check in on how everyone is doing
Share physical, emotional, and mental updates
Discuss strategies for hydration and electrolytes
Offer encouragement and accountability
Fasting Guidelines:
This is a strict fasting protocol that includes only:

Plain water
Black coffee or unsweetened tea
Electrolytes (no sugar, no calories)

### Things to Buy Prior to Fasting (Your Prep Kit): (Please read full post prior to buying anything.)

Electrolytes – Required:

  • Himalayan pink salt or sea salt
  • Potassium chloride (“NoSalt”)
  • Magnesium (glycinate, citrate, or drops) (Ex: Trace Ionic Magnesium: liquid supplement (400mg per servings)

Optional Zero-Calorie Electrolyte Mixes:

  • LMNT Raw (unflavored), Redmond Re-Lyte, or homemade mixes

Hydration Tools:

  • Large reusable water bottle (1–2L)
  • Herbal teas (peppermint, ginger, chamomile – unsweetened)
  • Coffee (black only, if used)

Mindset + Tracking:

  • Journal or tracker (provided in welcome email)
  • Sticky notes or mantras for motivation

Who Should Join:
To ensure safety and group alignment, you should:

Be 18+ and in good general health
Have prior fasting experience (minimum 24–48 hours)
Understand electrolyte requirements.
Be committed to daily participation.
Be making your own independent decision to fast.

Please DO NOT join the group if:

You are pregnant or breastfeeding
You have a history of eating disorders
You are managing chronic illness without active medical oversight
You are looking for quick-fix dieting or not ready for full accountability.
You are seeking personalized medical advice
