Welcome to the 14-Day Fasting Challenge!
This Kickoff Session is your official start. Whether you’ve fasted for 48+ hours before or you’re returning to reset, this is your space for clarity, discipline, and daily support. We’ll gather live on Zoom to get grounded, aligned, and connected as a challenge community.

What You’ll Experience:
Set your intention for the fast
Learn what’s allowed and how to structure your days
Get clear on electrolytes, hydration, and self-care
Receive tools for tracking, mindset, and daily check-ins
Meet others walking the same path and build accountability

To officially join the challenge and stay informed, make sure to join the Meetup group. That’s where all challenge updates, Zoom links, and resources will be shared.

What to Bring:
Water + your preferred salt/electrolyte options
A journal or notebook
A quiet space + open mindset
