Remona Moodley has spent a lifetime learning how to be seen. Growing up feeling invisible and overlooked, she went looking for her voice early, entering her first speaking competition at age 5 and her first beauty pageant at age 6. That pursuit eventually carried her to the Miss World stage in 2012 and the World Championship of Public Speaking stage in 2025.
Her professional path ran in parallel. Trained as an electrical engineer, she earned her MBA from UC Berkeley Haas and spent years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising CEOs on their toughest business challenges. It was there she absorbed the structured thinking and communication frameworks that separate hard workers from influential ones. She later trained as a certified executive coach, helping high achievers find their voice in the moments that matter most.
Today, Remona combines what she's learned on stage and in the boardroom to help people communicate with the clarity, confidence, and credibility it takes to be seen and heard.
