We are often called upon to deliver a speech in many circumstances. Toastmasters give you the skills to be able to speak off the cuff.
It gives you the confidence to stand in front of a group of people and speak with conviction.
If you want a challenge, we have contests that you can enter after a time period. Contests where you compete against other speakers on a variety of topics.
This club is open to all visitors. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. Meetings are held from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please email wdt7519@gmail.com for further details or just come along.
At our meetings, members participate in both prepared and impromptu speaking opportunities. As a guest, you will be invited to participate in some speaking opportunities if you wish to do so. You do not need to bring anything to our meetings.
