Join us for a beautiful coastal escape to one of Sydney’s most spectacular viewpoints — Barrenjoey Headland at Palm Beach.
This is more than just a day out in nature — it's an opportunity to meet new friends, connect with like-minded people, enjoy great conversations, and create lasting memories while exploring one of Sydney's most iconic coastal destinations.

What to bring: Comfortable walking shoes
Meeting Point: Meet the group at the Joye cafe (Pick-up from Macquarie University can also be arranged (please let us know in advance if you'd like a lift).

Itinerary

11:00 am – Arrive at Palm Beach
Meet the group at the Joey cafe, get to know everyone, and prepare for our scenic walk. Don't forget your water, hat, sunscreen, comfortable walking shoes, and binoculars if you have them.
11:30 am – Walk to Barrenjoey Lighthouse
Enjoy the scenic walk up to Barrenjoey Headland, taking in spectacular views of Palm Beach, Pittwater, Broken Bay, and the Pacific Ocean.
12:30 noon – Whale Watching 🐋
Spend time at the lookout searching for migrating humpback whales while enjoying the breathtaking coastal scenery.
13:00 pm – Explore Barrenjoey Lighthouse
Take photos, admire the panoramic views, and learn about this historic Sydney landmark.
13:30 pm – Relax at Palm Beach
Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the beach, dip your toes in the water, or simply relax and chat with your new friends.
2:00 pm – Lunch Together
Bring a picnic or purchase lunch from one of the nearby cafés and enjoy a relaxed meal overlooking the beach.
✨ Whether you come on your own or with a friend, this is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy nature, spot whales, meet new people, and spend a memorable day outdoors.

Olga is a certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner, and the heart behind Samsara Life Coaching & NLP. Originally from Belarus, her journey has taken her across 50 countries before finding home in Australia.

Veerle is a certified Travel Coach & Life Coach, experienced meditation teacher, author, host of Beyonder - The Podcast, and founder of Unpackbyveer. She's originally from the Netherlands, but has lived in many different places and now calls Australia home.
