- 1:00–2:00pm: Spiritual Stress Relief by Chanting HU
“HU: Ancient Mantra for a Modern World” ---- For 15–20 minutes we will chant HU, the sacred name of God, followed by a short contemplation and light spiritual conversation. Chanting HU can bring wisdom, serenity, love, and freedom.
