Laughter Yoga is a health concept where we laugh for the health of it. No special equipment, physical fitness, or experience is required!

This practice results in our brains getting a big DOSE...a nice flood of dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins!

Come join us for fun laughter and breathing exercises, followed by a short meditation.

This is a hybrid group on Zoom and in person at the Shores Clubhouse, 2955 S Lansing Way, Aurora, CO 80014.
