That has been discussed before. There are shortcomings to the technology required and I can tell you from experience that each group has its own personality. That would work better for the main group that Wilma does because she typically has a topic and everyone is usually (was anyway) on the same page. The Garland group is more “freeform”. We are smaller, people show up and then typically if there are 5 people for example, there may be a couple different conversations going on. You can’t do that on Skype or any teleconferencing type paradigm.

 

I hope that the slowness is only due to the holiday sprawl and it will pick back up after the first of the year.

Maybe what could actually be done for this group is to have a mass skype meeting and one person can share their ideas and adhere to the roberts rules for meetings

That way nobody would have to get out and about and make it to a specific location.
