2021 -Have MTL Lobsters survived the End of the World ?

Hello all Lobsters,

I was contacted recently by a nice fellow who just got into JBP and who was asking about meet ups in Montreal. I told him the group was inactive but that I'd try to see to have one happen. I wrote to Matt, he gave me admin status in the group and here we are now.

You are therefore all invited this Saturday, July 24, in the backyard of the 3860 ave Laval to share a summer BBQ we us. Hotdogs will be offered, you only need to bring any drinks you'd like to have or anything else you'd like to eat on the BBQ. No vaccine proof required, I fully expect that everyone here will be responsible and abstain from coming if they have COVID-like symptoms.

The format will be quite simple, we'll divide the yard into sections where smaller conversations will be able to take place about the different topics that JBP enthusiasts like to cover (politics, psychology/personal growth and religion).

I'll limit the attendance to 50 for now and I'll adjust depending on popularity.

Note that I do NOT intend on taking responsibility for this group going forward. FOr now, this is a one time thing. But if anyone of you would like to bring life back to this Lobster Tank, please come to the BBQ and we can discuss and make it happen.

PS It can be a good idea to bring a chair if you want to make sure you can be comfortably seated outside

PPS Just take the side street that leads to the back of the building, or alternatively come down Hotel-de-ville street to access the backyard directly
