No experience needed – just come as you are.

Step into calm and reconnect with yourself at this special outdoor experience in The Meadows of East Aurora. Whether you're brand new to sound baths or just craving a peaceful evening, this gathering is designed to help you relax, reset, and feel good.

Led by Carrie Evans of Hum Yoga & Sound, you’ll be guided through a deeply restful sound bath with crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes — all nestled in the soft sounds of nature. You’ll simply lie back, get comfortable, and let the soothing vibrations ease your body and mind.
Afterward, we’ll share a warm herbal tea and a short mindfulness practice to help you feel grounded and uplifted. If you'd like, bring a journal to jot down any reflections or intentions.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected — whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth.

Afterward we will head to General Riley House for a drink!
