# 🌕 Hunter Moon Soundbath & Cacao Ceremony
### Sunday, October 25 • 5:30 PM • Near Joshua Tree National Park
Join us beneath the Full Hunter Moon for a magical evening of sound healing, cacao, moonrise photography, and stargazing in the high desert near Joshua Tree.
We'll gather at 5:30 PM , while there is still warm late-afternoon light across the desert. Settle into your zero-gravity chair, yoga mat, or blankets, meet your fellow stargazers, and watch the landscape transform as sunset approaches and the Hunter Moon rises over the Joshua trees.
🌕 The Hunter Moon
The Hunter Moon traditionally follows the Harvest Moon. Historically, it marked the time when the harvest had been gathered and communities began preparing for the colder season ahead.
For our gathering, we'll explore the Hunter Moon as a symbol of focus, preparation and intention . What are you seeking as we move toward the final months of the year? What deserves your energy? And what might you be ready to leave behind?
🔔 Two Soundbaths Beneath the Moon
As twilight settles over the desert, we'll begin our first outdoor soundbath with Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gong and harmonic tones .
During our intermission, we'll share a warm cacao ceremony , savory and sweet snacks, and refreshments.
Then we'll turn our attention upward. We'll hear some fascinating Full Moon stories and traditions , explore the Hunter Moon, and take a guided journey through the emerging night sky.
We'll finish with our second soundbath beneath the Full Moon and stars , followed by a few quiet moments to simply enjoy the desert night.
