As dawn breaks, we’ll begin with a quiet meditation and then immerse ourselves in the soothing tones of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. The experience is designed to help the body relax, quiet the mind, and gently awaken with the rising sun.
Easter and the spring season symbolize renewal, new beginnings, and the return of light, making sunrise the perfect time to reflect, set intentions, and start the day in a calm and uplifting way.
