Joun Accountability's live online sessions are designed to improve your communication impact - whether you're presenting to boards, leading teams, or building executive presence.
After delivering your speech, your Joun Accountability peers provide you with structured feedback. This feedback helps you get rid of stage fright, speak effectively, and deliver powerful presentations that leave a lasting impact.
Whether you're preparing for presentations, leading meetings, interviewing for jobs, or simply want to express yourself more clearly, our structured, supportive meetings are designed to help you grow.

Rules of the game:
- Your camera must be turned on during the entire duration of the meeting.
- You must be on a laptop or desktop, where the camera is steady (iPhones and handheld cameras are not allowed).
- You must deliver an impromptu 2-3 minute speech when called upon by the meeting leader.
- You must share feedback on other group member's impromptu speeches (that's how we get better).
What to expect during the meeting:
- 1-Hour live online meeting with other Joun members.
- Structured Speaking Practice: You will be called upon to deliver an impromptu speech on a “Hot Seat” topic (our take on impromptu speaking, where Joun members and guests are invited to deliver short 2-3 minute speeches on fun prompts).
- Active Participation: Be the audience and evaluator for impromptu speeches from other Joun members.
- Constructive feedback and evaluations from other Joun members to support your growth.
- Data-Driven Evaluations: Receive quantified feedback on delivery, organization, and impact.
- Track your communication growth with measurable insights with detailed analytics and evaluations on your speech.
