Join Integrative Health + Nutrition Coach, Coleen Karpf, in a 1.5-hour nutrition workshop for women, designed to nourish you from the inside out. This July, we’ll explore how to support your energy, digestion, and mood through summer’s most healing, anti-inflammatory foods. You’ll learn how to care for your body using fresh, cooling ingredients and vibrant seasonal produce during the hottest time of the year.
Each workshop includes a brief cooking demo, a nutritional talk focused on the foundations of holistic nourishment, and a nutrient-dense meal we’ll share together. We’ll also explore what nourishment looks like beyond food—how your habits and mindset impact overall well-being.
Join us for an afternoon of hands-on learning, nourishment, and meaningful connection with other women.
Each session includes:
- A guided talk on women’s nourishment, nutrition, and seasonal eating
- A brief cooking demo
- A nourishing lunch made from anti-inflammatory, whole-food ingredients
- Recipes to take home
- Space to ask questions, learn, and connect in a relaxed setting
- An introduction to lifestyle practices that support wellbeing beyond the plate
Menu:
- Anti-inflammatory golden turmeric elixir
- Watermelon mint salad
- Chickpea Buddha Bowl with green goddess tahini dressing
- Stuffed date bites
Recipes are plant-based, gluten-free, and easy to recreate at home.
You’ll leave with:
Practical tools for everyday nourishment, a better understanding of how to support your body seasonally, and a sense of what deeper nutrition support can look like. Digital recipes are provided so you can bring what you learn into your own kitchen!
