Free admission & parking! Come grow and play with us for no-charge, 1x monthly, on 2nd Sundays at 2pm ET, in Greensboro NC, friend. This gathering is a FUN, experiential monthly event with a unique blend of activities like interactive guest speakers, Q&A sessions, meditations and optional sharing, indoor/outdoor drum circles, brainstorming, and social in-person networking, too! And hey, bring old friends, or come make new friends with other open-minded souls.
BTW, we won a 'Best-Of' award for this event back in 2009 from the GSO New & Record readership--unsolicited, for real! :D
So, admission and Parking are always Free of Charge here. Our host is LEWA: Light & Energy Workers Association, since 2004 and thriving nationwide and worldwide. After Ken reviews the major principles of holistic, natural mental health, which include:
- the impact of diet, supplements,
- good sleep,
- meaningful exercise,
- screen time vs. nature time,
- contact with others,
- and stress management
then Ken emphasizes taking back control of one's own sovereignty in mental health, letting go of addictions (including prescriptions), and creating a simple and basic roadmap for the future. Next, Ken will lead us in a guided meditation using the fascinating techniques of HeartMath/Heart Coherence, and Tapping/EFT.
