Using both my voice and a variety of instruments, I’ll guide you into a state of calm where tension melts away and harmony is restored. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and ready for a peaceful night’s rest.

Feel free to bring an eye mask or pillow, if you like. Mats and blankets are available. The cost is $20 per person, with payment collected at the event.
