Through the healing vibrations of my voice and instruments, you’ll be invited to rest, release, and realign, setting you up with renewed energy and clarity for the rest of the day. Step back into your afternoon feeling refreshed and centered.

Feel free to bring an eye mask or pillow, if you like. Mats and blankets are available. The cost is $20 per person, with payment collected at the event.
