Winter Solstice Sound Bath

The Winter Solstice invites us to pause, reflect, and turn inward. This sound bath offers a sacred space to release what no longer serves you and welcome clarity for the season ahead. Through the healing vibrations of my voice and instruments, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation, where stress and heaviness can gently dissolve. Together, we honor the stillness of winter and awaken harmony within.

Feel free to bring an eye mask or pillow for comfort. Mats and blankets are available. The cost is $20 per person, with payment collected at the event.
