Winter Solstice Ceremony

Join Jaclyn Donahue and me for a special Winter Solstice ceremony at New Earth Energies in Wake Forest. Together, we'll honor the turning of the season with a spiral walk, a gentle physical release of what no longer serves us, and a meditative sound healing journey. We'll also share winter tea and reflective journaling to deepen the experience. The cost is $33 per person, payable at the event. Please come comfortably dressed and bring a journal along with anything you'd like to use for meditation.
