Level 1 Foundation Training (Online)

This Level 1 Foundation Training offers a comprehensive and experiential introduction to Family Constellations and systemic thinking, held entirely online.
The training supports participants to internalise the systemic lens through one-to-one work, creating a strong foundation before moving into group facilitation (which is the focus of Level 2). Learning is held with depth, care, and relational safety.
The process unfolds through live teaching, experiential exercises, personal reflection, and supervised practice - allowing the work to be understood not only intellectually, but somatically and relationally.
This training is suitable whether you are:
• drawn to Family Constellations for personal exploration, or
• considering training as a systemic practitioner
No previous experience in constellations is required.
Training Format
• Live online training via Zoom
• Tuesdays, 11am–6pm (UK time)
• 17 days in total, beginning 17 March 2026
• Includes two one-to-one personal support sessions (online)
