This group is for those that wish to tantalize their minds with an inward journey of self discovery.

Each book will be carefully selected to cultivate self reflection, awareness, and illumination. Focusing on the psyche, soma, mind, body, spirit, and self. Think Book Study; as opposed to Book Club.

A book read as one takes away the learning of one. A book read in community takes away the learnings of all.

Read Into It book study is facilitated by Certified Life Coach Lorraine Trentini.

What To Expect
Books are curated by Life Coach Lorraine Trentini and announced 2 weeks prior to the start date for that book (allowing time for book purchase). No reading is necessary prior to the first night for a particular book study start.

Once the group begins reading a selected book the Read Into It group will be closed to new members until the book is completed. There is no set duration for a book. It will take however long it takes for the Study Group to feel complete and ready for a new book.

When ready to begin a new book, the Read Into It group will be reopened for anyone who wishes to join for the next book.

• Discussion of section read during previous 2 weeks.
• Group decides how much of the book they want to read before the next meetup.

What To Bring

• Current book
• Pen and paper
• All of your thoughts and questions
• Non-judgement
• A curious mind

This meetup offers a supportive community where individuals come together to share, listen, and grow. Each person’s journey is respected, and every voice is welcomed. Facilitated by Lorraine Trentini, these gatherings are infused with wisdom and care. Lorraine holds multiple Life Coach Certifications, is a Master Reiki Practitioner, and carries the title of Reverend following an intensive study of theology. Her gatherings are guided by genuine authenticity and a heartfelt desire to be of service.

Join us as we explore the pathways of the mind, gently loosening the grip of trauma and cultivating a life rooted in clarity, awareness, and choice.
