We listen without judgment, offer compassion freely, and value authenticity as a cornerstone of connection. In doing so, we create a space where openness feels safe and connection feels real.

Facilitated by Lorraine Trentini, these gatherings are infused with wisdom and care. Lorraine holds multiple Life Coach Certifications, is a Master Reiki Practitioner, and carries the title of Reverend following an intensive study of theology. Her gatherings are guided by genuine authenticity and a heartfelt desire to be of service.

Join us as we explore the pathways of the mind, gently loosening the grip of trauma and cultivating a life rooted in clarity, awareness, and choice.
