Self Made is a group that comes together to explore our Selves spiritually, mindfully, and soulfully. Supporting each other on a curious journey of self-discovery and illumination. Led by Certified Life Coach Lorraine Trentini.

The topic of discussion: Behind The Mask
We all wear different masks - the "I'm fine" mask at work, the "I've got it together" mask with family, and maybe even the "fun one" with friends - but what happens when the mask starts looking back at us?

Join us for a lighthearted, honest conversation about the faces we show the world, the pieces we keep hidden, and the funny, messy, beautifully human reasons why we do it.

Mindy is an educator at heart, having served in the field as teacher, administrator, and mentor for many years (and still counting). After retirement, she became a Certified Life Coach, Interfaith Minister, and Reiki Practitioner. It is with so much pleasure that I thank her for joining this session to be with all of you.
