I will be facilitating a FREE weekly Yoga class at the University of Minnesota. The class will involve an hour of Yoga asanas (postures) geared towards relaxing the body and calming the mind, followed by a group meditation. After the practice session we will learn and discuss about the how they various practices of Yoga help in harmonizing the body, mind and spirit and aid one to experience Yoga (as in Union).

The class is open to all students, staff, and faculty of the University as well as members of the community. If you are interested in joining please contact me so we can determine if there is enough free space.

We will be meeting every Wednesday 5–6:30 pm in the Mayo Meditation room, which is part of the Center for Spirituality and Healing at the U. You may 'like' the facebook page https://www.facebook.com/YogaAtUofM to stay updated about room changes, schedules etc. Peace to all.
