Emerge as your true self in your own beauty and power. Remember your vibrant essence! All are welcome to be part of this community- regardless of ability to pay (sliding scale available and free class available in exchange for volunteer assistance).

Absolutely no dance/movement experience necessary. Bring your water bottle, a towel or mat to lie on for sound healing closing. Loose comfy clothes and socks or barefoot suggested.

Park in lower lot of the Glastonbury Abbey, 16 Hull St. Hingham, MA 02043 and walk up short driveway to the Conference Center.
