JourneyDance™ - a dance of empowerment!

JourneyDance ™ is a dance of empowerment - movement as spiritual practice. The class will start with light stretching, and then go into gentle dance mode. It will ramp up with intensity, as I lead you on a journey of evocative emotions and empowerment dances. We end with gentle dancing, and a cool down.

Please bring a yoga mat/blanket and a colorful scarf.
