Joyful Dance Fitness

Joyful dance fitness classes for adults with a focus on having fun and feeling good. Inclusive, weight neutral and beginner friendly.

Come along and move your body joyfully in a low pressure and non-judgmental environment. Plenty of options will be provided throughout so that you can choose what feels right for your body and take things at your own pace.

Tuesdays at 6:30pm from 1st July – 5th August at Panshanger Community Centre, Welwyn Garden City AL7 2EJ.

£8 per class to be paid on the door (your first class is half price)
