WHAT IS 2.0-2.75 PICKLEBALL - DAISY DOUBLES?
This welcoming, five-star rated round-robin session is designed for individual players in the 2.0–2.75 skill range who enjoy friendly, skill-building games. You’ll rotate through multiple “timed” doubles matches with different partners.

As part of the Joy Crazy® mission to “Connect you to joyful experiences,” this session will help you build confidence on the court—no matter how long you’ve been playing.

WHO IS IT FOR?
Daisy Doubles Essentials is perfect for players who:

  • Know the rules of pickleball and how to keep score
  • Understand basic court positioning and doubles etiquette
  • Can sustain a rally and are working on consistency
  • Are developing their serves, returns, dinks, and backhands
  • Are curious and willing to ask questions
  • Enjoy a positive, encouraging environment with others at a similar level

Whether you're new to the sport or happily playing at this level long-term, you’ll find opportunities to sharpen your skills—without pressure to “move up.”

  2. Check back, especially on the day of class
  3. If a spot opens up, you will be notified via Meetup direct message unless you want to be notified by text (send a quick message to the Joy Crazy business cell [971/319/2831] so I have your number).

WHAT CAN I DO WHILE I WAIT?

  1. Read the Joy Crazy Life Newsletter, full of simple ways to shine brighter, learn something new, and connect with the pickleball community.
  2. Follow the @JoyCrazy_ Instagram page, where Shannon routinely posts class photos, and joy-related items.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

  1. Athletic attire (layers)
  2. Protective eyewear is highly recommended, but not required
  3. Hard-soled court shoes

  1. Water or electrolyte drink
  2. Pickleball paddle if you have one; paddles are supplied
  3. A cellphone to "take notes"
  4. Hand towel
  5. Seriously, hydrate well before coming to play, *and* bring something to drink, your muscles will thank you

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Arrive early to help put up the nets (if it is the first class of the day) or in case you need to circle the neighborhood to find free street parking. There are two Accessible Parking spots near the front of the building (on NW Thurman St and on NW 26th Ave).
