Somewhere between 22 and 30, playing quietly stopped. Nobody announced it, there was no last day. You went inside one afternoon and stayed there, and the years filled up with logistics.
Joyala is the way back out.
What happens
Game night every week: tables of six, games chosen for the room, and someone always explaining the rules wrong.
Then everything else. Karaoke. Painting. Pottery. Escape rooms. Mystery nights where you find out what it is when you get there and many more.
How it works
Come on your own. Most people do, and it is the normal way to arrive here.
You do not need to be good at anything. Nobody is. Being gloriously rusty in public is most of the point.
Taster night is free. After that, membership is what gets you in, and the nights themselves cost nothing on the night.
We send the exact address 48 hours before to everyone who has booked, which is how the room stays the right size.
Alcohol-optional, always. Drink or don't, entirely your call.
