Pour-Over Coffee Workshop: One Cup, Brewed by Hand
Details
A coffee bean travels a long way to reach you: a farm in Ethiopia, a processing station, a roastery, and finally your grinder. This salon follows that path. You'll learn to read what a bag of beans is telling you: origin, process, roast. Then slow down enough to brew a cup with your own hands.
Pour-over asks for nothing except your attention. The water, the timing, the waiting. By the end, you'll have tasted your own cup next to everyone else's, and noticed how the same beans tell a different story in each pair of hands.
