About your Teacher:
Hello, my Name is Niki DaCosta. I have created this gathering because I recognized that though the therapy spaces that I work in support change within individuals, we have an opportunity to gather and support one another on a community level as well! So many women carry the genetic mental and emotional impact of their mother's wounds. In this gathering, you will be able to hold those wounds tenderly and invert them to propel you in a more balanced and steady way creating empowered steps forward!
