Join the Joyful Well-being Meetup Group for a lunch time designed to inspire women. In this session, we will dive into the wheel of well-being and identify 1 area of your life that you would like to create some change in.

Led by Meg Edwards, an experienced meditation teacher and certified life coach, this guided exercise will blend meditation and visualization techniques that promote stress reduction and give you the time to envision your best version of overall well-being that is unique to you.

We'll create some intentions and an action plan so that you can enhance your well-being with more balance and joy.
