Join Meg Edwards, M.Ed., a certified well-being coach, as we explore 5 essentials of well-being—related to mindfulness, emotional resilience, and mental and physical health—that are critical for thriving in the last months of the year.

You’ll also discover what personalized tool best suits your unique needs, whether it’s a stress-relief practice, a mindful eating strategy, or a wellness routine. You’ll gain practical tools and personalized insights, leaving you confident, recharged, and ready to embrace the season ahead.

About Meg Edwards, M.Ed. 👀:
Meg Edwards is a well-being expert who merges positive psychology, mindfulness, and meditation into wellness experiences. She is the founder of The Integrated Heart and offers one-on-one coaching, workshops, and digital courses to help women regulate their nervous system to reduce their stress and to prioritize self-care and joy using science-based practices.

Meg is a psychology professor and stress management instructor with over 15 years in the educational sector. She hold a Masters of Educational Psychology, is a certified Chopra well-being coach, certified meditation teacher, mindfulness educator, and Ayurvedic lifestyle instructor. Beyond professional titles, Meg is a mom, a wife, a lover of dogs, labyrinths, and finding joy in the everyday moments of life. She is passionate about helping women live truly fulfilled lives.
