Join us to explore how our thoughts influence our emotions and actions. You'll understand their impact on your well-being and learn how to recognize and label your thoughts. Together we will practice mindful awareness tools to stay present, manage your thoughts, and cultivate joy. You’ll receive a workbook to help you build more positive + resilient thoughts.
Led by Meg Edwards, an experienced well-being and mindfulness coach for women, this workshop is designed to empower women in embracing a life of joy and fulfillment.
