Opening the Heart Reiki Circle

• What we'll do
The heart holds infinite power and intelligence. When we connect to its energy, we can tap into wisdom, intuition and intention. As the centre of love, it has a very high and pure vibration, which can be used for healing. But fear, worry and pain often block access to this inexhaustible source of insight. This reiki circle will aim to clear blockages and enhance your connection to your heart's energy by expanding it and reconnecting you to its guidance.

The circle will start with an opportunity to gently check-in with yourself and share with the group, if you feel inclined to. I will then will ease you into an heart opening guided meditation. You will remain in that state while I perform individual healing attunements, surrounding us with pure love energy, creating a healing, soothing and safe environment. In that space, we will move onto the second part of the circle where I will be guiding you through exercises to strengthen your heart connection. A Spirit Messages Oracle Deck will be available during that time to offer insight and loving guidance. We will then close by sending reiki energy through our hearts to our projects/wishes.

Tea and organic snacks will be provided. The location will be disclosed to participants the day before the event, as it is held at a private residence.

New to Reiki and all levels are welcome!

• What to bring
Please feel free to bring your vision boards to send reiki to.

Please wear something comfortable and be prepared to take your shoes off. Feel free to bring floor pillows and/or wraps for added confort during the meditation.

Please note that an angel kitty named Ambre will be present and may participate :), for those who might have allergies.
