1st Chakra Muladhara Healing Reiki Circle and Attunement

Muladhara in Sanskrit means root of our support. The first chakra provides the foundation on which we build our lives. It provides us with the essential characteristics to manifest not only our basic needs, but also our dreams and ideas. A balanced root chakra leads to earthly abundance, prosperity, trust in nature's laws, vitality, ability to let go, generosity, optimism. However an imbalanced first chakra leads to addictions, a sense of insecurity and excessive financial worry. While trust represents a healthy aspect of the first chakra, fear erodes it, leading to contraction and restriction of the life force. This reiki circle will aim to balance and heal your root chakra and ground you so you can trust in the natural flow of life.

The circle will start with an opportunity to gently check-in with yourself and share with the group, if you feel inclined to. I will then guide you into a root chakra clearing and balancing meditation. You will remain in that state while I perform individual healing attunements, surrounding us with pure love energy, creating a healing, soothing and safe environment. In that space, we will move onto the second part of the circle where I will be guiding you through exercises to ground you. A Spirit Messages Oracle Deck will be available during that time to offer insight and loving guidance. With a renewed sense of trust, we will then close by sending reiki energy to our projects/wishes.

Tea and organic snacks will be provided. The location will be disclosed to participants the day before the event, as it is held at a private residence.

New to Reiki and all levels are welcome!

Please wear something comfortable and be prepared to take your shoes off. Feel free to bring floor pillows and/or wraps for added confort during the meditation.
