Sharing laughter creates a sense of belonging and encourages bonds through shared joy, making us feel more connected and less isolated. Physiologically, laughter releases feel-good hormones (endorphins), reduces stress hormones, and boosts immunity, while the act of laughing together amplifies these benefits by creating a ripple effect of positivity.

Our sessions combine playful exercises, deep-breathing techniques, and laughter to create an uplifting space. No jokes or comedy or sense of humour required... just your willingness to laugh and enjoy the moment!

Let’s come together to release the weight of the week, recharge our spirits, and leave with a smile that lasts long after the session ends.

  1. No experience needed, just bring an open mind and your willingness to laugh. Come as you are!
  2. Be kind, respectful, supportive, and mindful of others.
  3. Laughter here is about connection, not performance, every laugh is perfect!
  4. Silly exercises might feel strange at first, but they’re all part of the fun! Be open to playfulness.
  5. If you have gone through any type of surgery in the past 6 weeks, please check with your consultant before joining in.
  6. Cameras ideally should be on so we can ensure you are a real person and help with the community vibe.
  7. To maintain the flow and energy of the space & minimise disruptions, try to be on time.
