Come laugh with us as we welcome fresh starts, soft resets, and the quiet courage it takes to begin again.

This session invites you to gently shake off old heaviness and make space for new lightness. Through laughter, breath, and joyful presence, we’ll stir up hope, awaken possibility, and reconnect to the version of ourselves that believes in brighter tomorrows.

Whether you're starting over, stepping into something new, or simply craving a reset – this is a space to let go, let in, and laugh into what’s next.

This session will blend joyful movement, deep breathing, and laughter exercises to create a space that uplifts and restores.

No need for jokes or a sense of humour... just your willingness to laugh and be present.

Some Guidance:

🌀 No experience needed. Come as you are.
🎭 Every laugh is welcome... this is about connection, not performance.
🤸🏾‍♀️ The exercises may be a little silly, but that’s where the magic is.
🧘🏽‍♂️ Please check with your doctor if you've had surgery in the last 6 weeks.
📸 Keep your camera on if you can, it helps us feel like a real community.
⏰ Please try to arrive on time with your glass of water, so we can settle in together.
