In our sessions, we use playful exercises, deep breathing, and intentional laughter to create an uplifting space. No jokes or comedy needed – just your willingness to laugh and be present in the moment.
Come as you are. No experience required.

✨ Laughter here is about connection, not performance – every laugh is welcome.
✨ Silly exercises might feel unusual at first, but that’s part of the fun.
✨ Please be kind, respectful, and mindful of others.
✨ If you’ve had surgery in the past 6 weeks, check with your consultant before joining.
✨ Cameras on (when possible) help build trust and community.
✨ To keep the flow, try to arrive on time.
